Lung cancer prevention is not simple by avoiding smoking. In the world, people who get lung cancer are not current smokers, and people who never smoke get lung cancer is creasing.

Studies suggest that even something as simple as walking is associated with a lower risk of developing lung cancer.

Exercise is a way to enhance the body’s immunity and resistance. Many studies show that 30 minitues of exercise per day will help you stay healthy, prevent disease and keep slimmer. Fitness helps to be healthy, flexible and youthful. Why you exercise, your metabolic rate increases, blood density is improved, allowing cells to receive more oxygen and nutrients from the blood. Therefore, the oxygen flow increases from 8 liters( when you rest) to 100 liters per  minute.

There are foods contain such as a rainbow of colors, including dark greens such as spinach and broccoli, the whites of onions, the reds of apples and tomatoes, and the orange of orange juice and winter squash, nuts, turmeric, apple, pomegranate, salmon, grapes, pure water,…you should drink a cup of green tea  everyday that also lower risk of lung cancer.

It’s easier to understand the importance of choosing a wide variety of colorful foods if you take a look at some of the phytonutrients (plant based chemicals) present in different fruits and vegetables.

In addition, you should also be aware of the following foods that shouldn’t be harmful, which can harm the lungs: frozen seafood like frozen fish, octopus, shrimp, crab; spicy foods; alcohol, tobacco,… specially, super nutritious food such as gíneng, barley,… even though it is very precious and good for the body, it is not suitable for people with lung disease. Advertisements in media lead us to believe that nutritional supplements are beneficial in lung cancer prevention. In fact, studies have shown the use of some supplements to a higher risk of developing lung cancer.

Supplements include beta-carotene, retinol, lutein, and vitamin E that had a higher risk of developing lung cancer.. If you really need to use nutritional supplements, talk with your doctor or ask him to refer you to someone knowledgeable about the risks and benefits of supplements for your specific situation.
