Tips to protect your skin, have a healthy skin

What kind of skin infections are you facing? Are you skin problems visible on your face?
Skin is the most sensitive shield of our body. So we have to take care of our skin. For this, don’t use cosmetic and creams that filled with chemicals, use natural therapy’s and natural products to protect our skin.
First of all, its all depends upon your eating habits , lifestyle , stress levels ,, skin type, genetics disorders , hormonal imbalances and enviornmental problems.
No need to get all fancy and complicated. Depending on your skin, three to five products max are all you need. For us it is super simple: cleanse, mask, moisturize, protect.
You also can throw a serum, eye cream or an oil in the mix if there are specific concerns you want to tackle.
1. Washing your face
Each day, you should wash your face 2x a day with warm/cooler water.
Don’t skip a wash! When traveling you can get off track so much going on, it is intelligent to wash your face. You shoud put this action in your skincare routine.
Many people love hot water, they enjoy washing their face in the shower, but it can harm their skin, specially the sensitive skin. Therefore we use warm/cooler water to wash our face.
